I Am the Way, the Truth, and the Life – Meeting Jesus

This week we examine Jesus' statement about himself, saying "I am the way, the truth, and the life." Here are some questions to think over as you go about your week this week:

When the people hailed Jesus into Jerusalem, they expected a way of revolution, or even violence. But Jesus' way demonstrated just days later that it was a way of a cross and suffering. How does the way of Jesus translate into the way we live in our homes, workplaces, and neighborhoods?

If we're not becoming like Jesus, it can indicate that we do not truly believe in Jesus. How can we seek to become more like Jesus this week? Spend some time in prayer about this this week, asking God to lead you and shape you to look more like Jesus.
